Our vacuum sealer food boards are perfect for vacuum packing smoked salmon, ham slices or similar as they provide a firm base when vacuum packing and have a great visual impact for display purposes.

These high quality boards are custom made to fit the 16 x 25 cm vacuum sealer bags we sell. These boards can be cut down if required to fit any bag smaller than a 16x25cm bag. The dimensions of the boards are designed to be smaller than the bag size, on the length to allow room for clamping the bag in the sealer and also on the width to allow for the seam on the vacuum sealer bag.

The boards are gold on one side and silver on the other and each side is coated with a layer of polyester to ensure a food grade standard for your product.

How do I use vacuum sealer boards?

• Place the item you are wanting to vacuum seal on the board
• Now carefully slide the board inside the vacuum sealer bag
• Vacuum seal the bag as normal
